Audit trail

Keep per slice: plan, seam ADR, parity reports, traffic approvals, retirement evidence. Useful for risk committees and for proving the legacy path is gone.

Separation of duties

Author of the new path should not be the sole parity signer for High-risk capabilities.

Anti-claim

A finished slice is not a vendor “digital transformation” certification, nor proof that all legacy risk is gone — only that this capability’s path was shifted and retired under the recorded gates.
